My Garmin device as external BT GPS

It's possible to send GPS data on my smartphone from my vivoactive HR (but it is the same for any GPS device with BT) via BT ??

I've seen the positioning quality is better and I would like to take advantage of the vivoactive sensor instead of the antenna of my smartphone.

It may be possible, if you develop a Connect‑IQ app for the v?voactive‑HR as well as a companion app for your smartphone, but it will not be something that allows a particular (currently available) third-party iOS or Android app of choice to leverage the GPS capability on your Garmin wearable device.
