Do the devs think it'll be possible to have golf as an app? Is connect iq flexible enough?

Yes, but more F3 would sell. I could also imagine to pay for an S6 like app because of the precious and expensive couse database. If Garmin would decide to sell an F3 app with S5 or S6 functionality, I would happily spend 99,-
+1 would definitely pay £50+ for this app, starting to lose count of the number of times I've arrived at the course with my Approach S1 at home and my Fenix 3 on my wrist.
