It is my understanding that the pace and cadence information provided directly through the ConnectIQ API is not necessarily the footpod cadence. If that is correct, then the only way to do this would be to talk directly to the footpod over ANT, which means that only an application (not a widget or datafield) would be able to access this information, and the information couldn't be seen while you are using one of the normal activity profiles.
