connect bike profile on a edge to equipment in Garmin connect

I use my Garmin Edge 810 on four different bikes.
When i use a profile the Edge properly the right sensors.
Only on Garmin connect i have to adjust the right equipment to a ride.
Now it is only possible to setup a standard equipment.

Is it possible to connect the equipment to a bike profile so when a ride is synchronized to Garmin connect the driven kilometers add to the right equipment.

The file that is transferred from your edge to Garmin Connect doesn't contain any information about the bike you used. For this to work, that data would have to be somehow transferred to Garmin Connect, and then Garmin Connect would have to interpret it and map it to the correct equipment. This isn't something that can be done from a ConnectIQ app.

What are the bike profiles for in that case?
