I've spent months turning around how I could use my Vivoactive HR as a GLONASS emitter, apart from normal activities like bike, running ... I would like to use it with a mobile app for lap times, there are specific applications to link via Bluetooth but Garmin will need a port opening protocol to be able to use it? In short ... is there or could you make an application that simply lets you use the Garmin as an external GPS? Thanks in advance.
