You can try sideloading it. Download it to a device that is supported (find a friend or ask in some forum) and then copy the prg file to your device. This worked in the past, but I'm not sure it works any more, because Garmin has made some checks stricter recently

This won't work if the Enduro 3 has been updated to recent firmware, as Garmin requires sideloaded apps to be built with a recent SDK, and the app in question was last updated in 2021. If an app is built with an SDK that's too old, sideloading will fail with a signature check failure.

I have a feeling there were similar restrictions that are not so recent (implemented maybe around a year ago), since devs have complained of signature check failures when sideloading for a while now, even before Garmin announced anything along these lines. (It hasn't been clear exactly what circumstances have triggered the signature check failures, though.)

TL;DR if your Enduro 3 has had a recent firmware update, this probably won't work. If you haven't updated your Enduro 3 and it still has fairly old firmware, maybe there's a chance.
