Hi Siri, set my Garmin alarm to 7 AM. Possible??

Sorry for the retorical question. I'm pretty sure it's possible, just not with in the IQ framework. Would have to be a feature in the iOS and android (for Hi google) apps, right?

I wonder if anyone has any insights into why Garmin has not implemented such command support long time ago. Should be a no brainer, I'd think. Besides their dev time, I can really see any downsides....

Mainly things like controlling the alarms and timer. Stopwatch not so much. And all variants, like "wake me up with garmin in 8 hours", "change my garmin work alarm to 6:30" and so on.

Would make even more sense on watches like Venu 3 with mic/speaker.

Fenix 8 supports voice commands but I doubt they will bring this feature to other watches either because the hardware support is not there and/or they want you to buy a new watch.

Ah. Did not know that. Thought I was keeping tabs on things...

But for F8 it works offline. I was thinking doing it via the phone. Either just talking directly to the phone or using the voice assistant feature of e.g. Venu3

I really don't hope anyone @garmin thinks this could make anyone go from a Venu to a Fenix... But I guess they need something to justify that 1000 USD price tag....
