The best source I've used with CIQ is Weather Underground. While free, it requires you have a weather station that send it's data to WU to get an APIKEY. You can't get more accurate than your own back yard, and there's something like 100,000 weather stations in just the US that are available in WU. I've seen a simple setup that works sending data to WU for under $50US. (just outdoor temp and humidity for a basic setup)

Yeah but that requires more hardware etc and all wf,data, widget, app users to have the hardware too.. YR weather is world wide and free without additional hardware and cost... WU is just not practical at all for the vast majority..
Garmin Weather is also free, but where I live it's not also that accurate. OWM is a bit better. How accurate is YR? That really depends on where it's weather stations are located. Garmin uses the major airport in town, by the way, but I'm at a different elevation and on the other side of a mountain than the airport.
YR I have found within Europe, Scandinavia and the UK is way more accurate than OWM but owm is better than nothing just the issue for many will be having to add card details just for an api key you used to get without adding details... This is why I am suggesting YR.. Several watchfaces, apps and widgets now use YR eg Rainy/rainy pro, Turtetitanic watchfaces, and Multi location for instance But in general most watchfaces use owm or garmin, which I find is good near towns and cities and poor everywhere else..Even your other weather widget is owm(I actually use from time too time) So having yr or another service would be a huge help for many ...
