Can we replicate how the menstrual cycle function works (I.e. calendar tracker and notes/symptoms) but turn it into a tracker for how many times you go to the bathroom?

I want to be able to track how often I go to the bathroom

  • Well, you do not even need any Connect IQ app for that. You can simply create a custom activity called "Bathroom", and start it each time you go to the bathroom. Not only you'll see how many times you used it, but also how much time you've spent there, your heart-rate, possibly also the temperature on the wrist (if you enable temperature logging), etc.

  • I’ll pass on that as it will populate in my Strava account

  • I’ll pass on that as it will populate in my Strava account

Personally, all my activities is Strava are set to be private, and I publish only the rare ones that I really dare to share. I do not need letting the world know how often and when I do my stretching, yoga, all the walks, strength workouts, treadmill runs, etc. and spam so the newsfeed of my friends with a dozen of activities each day. And I would appreciate if all of my friends did alike. I recommend doing it too - in this way you can use your watch much better.

  • “How do I create a widget to help people spell?”

I don’t need advice just want a widget for going to the bathroom. Using my watch for all the healthy thingsV tone2

  • Well, you could start logging today, but if you prefer waiting whether someone picks up your idea, why not.

  • There's a solution for that: I use Health Sync: https://healthsync.app/

There's a 1 time payment, but it's worth it. After you set it up, you can disconnect Garmin-Strava, and Health Sync will sync them, but there is an Activity filter, where you can tell it what activities to sync based on type, distance, duration. The developer is also very kind and responsive, worth to contact him with feature requests (though you can totally do what you want with the current features)
