I would like to add an event to my day: coffee, meat, salad. I would like this to synchronize and export to my Connect App along with my heart rate, sleep and blood pressures for the day. In addition to hydration, urination would also be helpful for hiking in a dry environment.
You can use calendar notes, sleep notes, and activity notes for that purpose. You can also create a custom activity, naming it for example "Coffee", "Urinating", etc, and log it each time it is appropriate.
That would be a great feature, and looking at what the Whoop can do ( don’t worry, I returned it ) that is a feature Garmin is really missing.
