Request for developing a small App for reset counters

Forum members.

I use the 'Colors' Watch Face on my Fenix 5x Plus and I have a request regarding this Watch Face that is not related to the developer reno.watch. Is it hard to develop an App that makes it possible to reset the step and distance counter back to zero. Sounds not so difficult. Is there a developer who sees a challenge in this request? Hope to hear.

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the step and distance counts from a Connect IQ app. And there is no chance doing it from the watch if the data was already synced to Garmin Connect.

Formerly such function was available in Garmin Connect Web, where you could delete all the stats for any day, but unfortunately it was removed from the interface around a year ago.
