I think a recovery status app like that on the Polar v800 would be great. Instead of after a workout and seeing how many hours of recuperation you need only then to be zeroed out the next day if you train and the new recuperation time given, the app would accumulate the training recovery times and increase/decrease throughout the week based on your training and recovery. On the Polar v800 if you did a really hard session you would be at level very strained and based on your training week you would descend into strained, balanced or undertrained or continue to be at a very strained level. It is a great tool for tracking recovery as opposed to juggling the recovery times given by the Fenix3, the Polar v800 is taking all your training info and rest then measuring your recovery status level.
