Strength Training/Weight ideas for Features for Connect app

Creating a workout but not transferring reps in the actual "report" 

  • If you create a workout with "rounds" and "reps" and you go to view the report of the workout none of that is actually transferred so you have to manually go into it and enter all the reps for each workout you created. 
    • (Ex. Lat Pull down (round 4, reps 4)) This does not transfer into the activity report. 
  • Another option that would be great is have an option to enter in a weight after every "Set"

Creating Custom Strength movement

  • The overall list is pretty good but there's still a lot of movements and machines missing 
    • A solution is to enter in the machine/exercise and enter in which body parts it affects.
      • (Ex. Trap bar, Farmer Carries- Select Traps, shoulder, arms, back etc.) 

Creating Custom alerts for strength or workouts

  • The alert currently you create a custom workout beeps at 5 seconds 
    • This doesn't help if you're wearing headphones 
  • It buzzes you at 2-3 seconds
    • So you rush to get ready for you exercise/movement if you're not paying attention. 
  • The solution/Idea create/customize the alerts (ex. only buzz at 10 seconds, or headphone alert)

  • Enter possible measurements and body percent fat.
