getting oxygen saturarion data from garmin watch

I have a vivoactive 4 model garmin watch and this watch has a sensor to measure oxygen saturation. I want to capture oxygen saturation data from this watch, but although I can measure oxygen saturation from the watch, the data does not appear when I connect the watch to the computer. Likewise, I downloaded Garmin Connect to my phone and when I want to view the data from there, The data appears to be measured there, but the data still cannot be received.

You did not choose the right forum for your issue (better would be posting to one of the Garmin Connect forums), but in GC Web you can access the SpO₂ data in the Reports section at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/-18/wellness/last_four_weeks

In the Garmin Connect phone app, it is in Health Stats » Pulse Ox

If there is no data, then you may have a problem with the association of the GC account to your device. In that case do the following: Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support and then wait for the next day to see whether the data goes through (it won't help with the past already lost data)
