This is only sort-of possible. The speed values that are passed to ConnectIQ are already averaged quite a bit, so getting a 1s pace value isn't going to be very accurate. The 5s isn't going to be great either.

Those values are not set in stone...
I'm looking for:
2 faster paces (eg 7sec and 12sec) 2 slower paces (e.g 30sec and 60 sec)
