Get power/HR info from lap

Hi, I was looking in Garmin and I'm not able to get power or HR data per each lap, the available info it's only aggregate for all the activity not per each lap or average data, but I want to get the time in each zone per lap. I started looking in the SDK in order to use this info but I wasn`t able to find this info in Activity.info object, but also I'm not able to find any data to get the current lap and the lap time in order to aggregate this info in my own way.

Unfortunately, you have to keep track of lap / workout step time yourself, in a CIQ app.

For data fields, your app will get a notification at the start of each new lap or workout step:

If you're writing a watch/device app, you would control / track laps yourself (including handling Lap button presses and triggering a new lap in the FIT file, if applicable.)

If you have simple calculations that you want to do with laps, HR and power, you might consider using my AppBuilder data field:

It allows you to do calculations based on activity data and some predefined functions by specifying a user-defined formula, without writing a whole new app yourself. Basically, discount Excel for your garmin :|.

e.g. Lap time (seconds):

laptime

e.g. Lap distance (metres)

lapdistance_raw

e.g. Lap (average) speed (m/s)

lapdistance_raw / laptime

e.g. Lap (average) HR:

lapavg(hr)

e.g. Running effectiveness: Speed in m/s / (Power / Weight in kg)

Formula: speed_raw / (power / (UserWeight_raw * 1000))

e.g. Lap (average) running effectiveness

Formula: lapavg(speed_raw / (power / (UserWeight_raw * 1000)))

^ lapavg just naively adds up every value of the formula observed (roughly once per second) during the current lap and divides it by the number of seconds in the current lap. This may not be suitable for all calculations: for example, lap speed in m/s is probably better calculated with lapdistance_raw / laptime as opposed to lapavg(speed).
