So,

Sometimes, I lift, sometimes I do TRX, sometimes I do yardwork like lay pavers in the backyard. All of these are good exercises!

A simple app that recorded maybe heart rate, and steps, time and total calories would be cool. Maybe a nice chart?

I have a Fenix 3 HR, and a "You are doing some shizzle app" would fill in those undefined workouts.

    Seth - Couldn't you just add a new "Activity" and then add the data screens to it that you want for this? I did this to track my Crossfit class and created an Activity called "Other" Added Timer, The Heart Zone and Calories as Datafields to the activity and it works great. I also turned off the gps on the activity because it isn't needed. Only thing I wish is that i can do is rename the activity from Other to Crossfit.
