Has anyone developed 531 progression for strength activities?

531 is a strength routine developed by Jim Wendler.  It has you doing 5 reps, 3 reps, and 1+ reps at progressively higher weights as the weeks go by.  

Example Cycle

  Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4
Set 1 65% x 5 70% x 3 75% x 5 40% x 5
Set 2 75% x 5 80% x 3 85% x 3 50% x 5
Set 3 85% x 5+ 90% x 3+ 95% x 1+ 60% x 5

Does this currently exist for Garmin devices?  I'm looking at something that you could use similar to Garmin Couch, where you'd enter in your current PRs, maybe a preference for 4x a week vs 3x a week, and it'd automatically give you a schedule to do the weights listed in the cycle above.
