A few people have expressed interest into having an app that could handle an orange theory workout or similar.
The class focuses on 3 Core Areas:
- Treadmill/Cardio
- Weightlifting/Toning
- Water Rowing
They are not necessarily all in that order as the class switches it up everyday and each class. It would be great to have an app that could track these activities and allow you to:
- Pause
- Switch activities easily and fast
- 3 Data Fields
-Allow for the Heart Rate Date field that has the 5 color ranges (SILVER,BLUE,GREEN,ORANGE,RED)
-Calories Burned
-Steps
Is there someone here that could facilitate such a build ?
