Garmin watches are tracking sleep during the night, within a timespan defined by the user, the 'badtime'. However, if I take a nap during daytime, it isn't reflected in the sleep score. Also, users intermittently working night shifts and day shifts have to adjust their bedtime settings every time their work shift changes.
Could we add a nap function, eg. as an activity? The user could start the nap-activity at any time of day and the watch would allow e.g. half anhour to fall asleep, then track sleep until the user is awake and active again. This would then be added to the automatic sleep tracking.
