Bowflex Max Trainer to Garmin Connect

I'm looking at getting bowflex max trainer. I have a garmin watch but not sure what setting or data this would be used with.  It's elliptical and stair machine mix. (more stair) ..... but only want to get it if I can track on garmin watch.  Or export data from JRNY to Garmin.    Thank you!

  • I have bought a Max Trainer, but there is no direct connection I can find.   It seems the only way is to connect the trainer to MyFitnessPal - using JRNY.  Then connect Garmin to MFP.   I haven't managed to get that to work yet, but apparently it does.

  • Fenix 7x ProSolar. Start the watch on stair machine. Have never tried it with the elliptical settings. Accurately captures the physiological stress imposed on my body by my activity on my Bowflex Max 9 trainer. Sometimes I use the HRM Pro, also have the earlier model Garmin HRM. The Pro automatically syncs with my watch, and I'm wondering if I can use the previous version Garmin HRM to connect to the max trainer. Have three different Bowflex armband heart rate monitors and none of them provide accurate heart rate data when connected to the Max 9 or the Velcore 22 bike. Looks like it should be possible to do it I'm just never worn both heart rate monitors together to try it, one to my watch and one too the Max 9 trainer.
