Rucking is like hiking but it’s not. You’re choosing to ruck with an intentionally weighted backpack, or rucksack or just plain, ruck. It’s weighted endurance training that is not limited to trails.

second this! I am hiking the Grand Canyon and doing other overnight backpacking trips. There is no way to add pack weight to an activity. If anyone has an idea I’d love to hear it. I’m also not sure…
I agree that rucking with backpack weight addition would be great, but since we don't have it i did a totally back-of-the-envelop comparison using a treadmill and power walking the same workout pattern…
Agreed, please add Rucking Garmin!

3rd this -- motion carried ;-)
Yeah I'll 4th this... Please Garmin do this :)
I found these 2 datafields that will allow you to enter and save ruck weight to the activity record.

So, at least in my case, the extra weight is reflected in higher heart rate and calories.
I realize this may not be what you are looking for, but here i find the extra weight is accounted for in the workout results.
Hope this is useful
Is that speed in mph or km/h ? It would be useful to know the time duration for your example.
Agreed, please add Rucking Garmin!
