There are many forum posts including my own where Garmin watches like my Fenix 5 have developed screen burn-in after just a year or two.
For example I distinctly have the huge "100%" (charged) burnt into my watch screen and the outer ring is also burnt in to the display.
Can't believe this problem exists in the modern era and on Garmin flagship watches no less.
But on the PC with early LCD screens that often had burn-in there used to be programs that would cycle through colors for each pixel on the display to try to reset the burn and turn off stuck pixels.
Wondering if any developer can make a similar anti burn-in app that will work on most garmin devices?
(btw Garmin doesn't feel burn-in is defective, they won't replace under warranty or otherwise, only sell you a somewhat discounted refurb)
