I realize that only Data Fields are currently available for Edge computers.

Once Apps are available, one idea I had is a bike profiles app, as the Edge 1000 did away with bike profiles.
There are 'Activities' which can store map settings and such, but some cheap guys like myself have 7 bikes and one speed / cadence sensor.
Problem is, the wheel size must be manually entered on the sensor itself, rather than the 'activity profile'.
So, unless I remember the milometer setting for each bike, it's kind of a pain in the butt. And riding off road really does require a speed sensor for accurate distance.
Would it be possible for an app to modify this setting...say based on preset 'bike profiles' or even have it associate the 'Activity Profile' name?
Not sure if this would be difficult, or if an app could even gain those permissions, as I am by no means a developer.
It would be awesome to have some way to housing the wheel size and map settings all together. But that is a separate rant that I'm sure has come up time and time again on the Edge 1000 forums.
