Export a FIT/GPX from Garmin device to Android phone

Hi,

Is there a way to export a FIT/GPX file from the Garmin GPS device (like a fenix) to an Android phone only with Bluetooth ?

I know the opposite exist, importing from an Android phone to Garmin device (gimporter apps.garmin.com/.../de11adc4-fdbb-40b5-86ac-7f93b47ea5bb).

One more information, to achieve this goal, for the moment I'm connecting the Fenix to the Android phone with the cable and an adapter, and it's working. But I want to be free of cables and internet connection.

No, there is no way to do that.

Your only options is a cable or the internet.

In any case, what do you want to do with the file?

My IQ app can connect to the GExporter android app (and do other stuff besides).

My goal is to open the GPX/FIT file in Locus Map on Android.

Your IQ app looks great, but unfortunately it is not compatible with Fenix 3 HR :-(

What do you plan to do with it there?

Most people create the track they want to navigate by using a website or a program on another device. People doing that can copy the track file to multiple things (their Garmin device and their phone).

That watch doesn't have enough memory, unfortunately.

If your Garmin Connect account is linked to Strava, there are plenty of apps on the Play Store which can read activities and routes from Strava and convert them to GPX files. This is a suggestion:

I'm afraid the USB connection doesn't work with all Garmin devices. I tried it with Fenix 6 and it didn't connect Garmin as additional storage on my Samsung S21FE...
