I have a fenix 6x that tracks my rides real time, monitors against Strava segments etc. It gives me all the data I need but is difficult to monitor as it’s on my wrist. I have been using a bike computer aswell as this gives me turn by turn ‘mapping, prior warning to segments etc but it seems silly to have to buy this when the watch probably does it better and the phone has a much better screen. the watch can’t be strapped to the bike as it needs to be on the wrist to measure heart rate. An ideal and simple solution would be for the watch to ‘broadcast’ data to my iPhone which I could then use as a screen for the watch and I could then strap to my bike. Is it possible to display this data real time on an iPhone app? To be clear, no need to use iPhone GPS - just need the iPhone to act as if it were a slave screen for the watch. Is there an app that does this? It could be really powerful as iPhone much more flexible than any bike computer.
