My organization is interested in a marine conservation app that would use features like avionics- or an overlay- but provide important information such as an "identifier" that, when chosen, or when the user is in that location, will bring up a report on fishing restrictions, special conservation measures, voluntary conservation measures, and possibly even general information on status (eg we are monitoring the coverage of important reefs, and change in damage). Anything that you know if already out there, or how this might become a reality? Or a GIS app development expert they can recommend fmi?
