Watchface: Meistersinger Salthora Meta inspired

A watchface along the lines of the Meistersinger Salthora Meta

And to make it perfect: Add an additional hour window at 6, layout mirrored from the one at 12, with configurable UTC-offset? So, hour window at 12 = Local time, hour window at 6 = Remote time.

Oh and maybe the minute hand, colour configurable.

Thank you tsPanIQ, great work! Small suggestion: Remove brand logos (Meistersinger and salthora meta). Watchface will be cleaner, and you get around potential trademark issues. Keep it up the good work!
