Watchface/App in Metro 2033 Style

Hello all together,

I recently had the idea of creating a watchface like the Artyom watch of Meto 2033. Following there is a link to an Etsy product which is made according to the game and could be used as a kind of blueprint.

Maybe it could be possible to add a functionality like the original watch that you could start a (customizable) countdown for "changing of your filter cartridge" in combination of a colour change of the light (blue in the pictures). The blue field could also be used as a indicator for the state of battery charge.

As addition (but i dont know if it is possible) the face could show the date insted of the time by pressing a defined button.

I hope someone will be interested in this idea. Comparibility with the Fenix 3 would be highly appreciated :)
