Why can't Garmin work out own blockchain to avoid breaking servers?
I don't understand the question. How exactly would using a distributed transaction log avoid breaking servers?
First there are no servers on blockchain technology. BC technology uses distributed ledger, which is 100% secure. There can be different versions of blockchain application. But anyways the problem of breaking garmin services will be solved. Also it would provide more services for garmin users.
To understand the question, read "block chain" as "magic fairy dust".
Aren't we a couple of years after the idea that "block chain" was the answer to every question?
