So I'm a tour guide and I have to tell my costumers stuff about the landmarks we are at. I'm terribly bad at remembering dates so I have notes on my smartphone.
But, I don't really have my hands free, so pulling out the phone and securing it is not that great, plus it really obviously looks like "this guy is just reading it off".
So there are notes apps (well not really found a decent notes app, but there are datafields) to show text information on the watch. But the watch display is rather small, so it can't show everything at once + scrolling through information on a watch is not that userfriendly.
And here comes my idea of location based notes into play. I would, in the App/Datafield (so I could also have the tour being recorded as an activity) settings, set a location and a range around that location, and it would display the relevant information for that location, when I get closer to the next landmark, it would update and show the relevant infos from that one and so on.
Maybe there are even other use scenarios, like having lock codes for different location or other relevant information for people working at different locations. I don't know, just an idea.
