Combining Namaste App and EventHubApp to make a live-stream to Dr. Hardens Scott Plott?

The Namaste App is a postprocessing app which can be synced to GARMIN connect.

The EventHubApp is a real-time app with a live-stream over GARMIN connect mobile to the Microsoft Azure Cloud to Microsoft Power BI.

Is it possible to combine those two apps to make a live-stream app which streams over GARMIN connect mobile to Dr. Hardens Scott Plott:

I suggest the name "real-time Namaste" for this new app.
