Datafield "Ahead - behind time" of Virtual Partner

Hi,

I use 920xt and 630 watches.

I am a heavy user of "Virtual Partner".
I use it :
- with the Virtual Partner speed
- with virtual racer
- when I am running "workouts" and using "speed target intensity" on each step.

But to have access on the important part of VP (the "ahead - behind time"), we have to go to the "Virtual Partner screen".
This VP screen is interesting but it has data that are not always interesting and are sometimes useless.

So, I would really like to be able to display on the other screens this value, the "ahead - behind time".

So, I woud like that someone develop an IQ app to create this "ahead - behind time".

I kwow that this is now not possible because "ahead - behind time" is not a standard accessible Garmin data in IQ app's.

So, I ask Mr GARMIN, to add this data on the list of his standards datafields, usable in IQ app's.
Can the "Connect IQ team" transmit this requirement to Mr GARMIN ?

THANK YOU.

As you already mentioned, time ahead/behind from the build in virtual partner is not accessible from Connect IQ.

Maybe my Virtual Pacer data field provides you the functionality you need. If you set it as a half screen data field (or middle field on 3 field layout on fr630), it displays required pace and time ahead/behind. It does however require you to set the target distance and time separately with app settings in Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile.

    Happy New Year to everybody.

    Thank you TeunMo.
Have you an idea why this field is not in the list of those accessible from Connect IQ ?

Garmin, can you tell why this time ahead/behind is still not accessible, and we have to use Garmin Connect Mobile to set the target pace? Would it not be very easy to add it? I reckon for many, to have time ahead/behind as a single editable field, would be one of the main features. Next step would be then if user could add the target pace during the run by holding up key over 2 seconds, and could then reduce or increase the target.
