I have a Fenix 5 and some times I forget to wear my chest strap, the I get incorrect pulsdata from the watch, which messes up the trainingload for that excercise.
How can I get round this?
An app that compares the data with previous data or just checks if the data is reasnoble for running. For example for me running at 6.00min/km should give a puls like 120bpm and not 180bpm.
If the data is bad, then corrct it. using speed an previous recordings as data.
Or It would also be fine if it always replases the data that comes from the wrist, with calculated puls data based on speed.
