Hello,
it would be nice to have an app to quickly switch installed watchfaces. Just start the application and UP / DOWN to choose from existing WF. It would allow the current development environment?

Unfortunately this is not possible. It's impossible to identify the available watch faces from within an app and it's also not possible to set the watch face programmatically.
