So I've got a Fenix 3 and have been using it to track my surf the last week, which has been brilliant, but I was wondering if anyone was developing/has developed/will develop an app that would update the user on their favourite surf spots?
I think it would be very useful so you wouldn't have to go searching online (magic seaweed or such) to check out the surf.
It could get info through your phone from another app (could simply be a companion app for your watch) or grab from a site (don't know if the Fenix 3 can do that via bluetooth connection?).
You could just choose when to notify you and when the conditions are within your set range you'll get a bleep to tell you to get to *which ever* beach asap.
Alternatively, you could hit a button and it would tell you which local beach, at that current moment, has the best surf.
This would, in my opinion, turn this watch into the absolute ultimate waterproof smart watch.
