Captain America watch face

I am not a programmer, but am interested in a captain america shield watch face similar to the one shown on the link below. Is this something that is fairly easy to design? I have a Garmin Fenix 3.

I think this will be pretty easy to implement. But I'm not sure if it is allowed to use the Cpt. America shield design.

An individual is probably okay creating a watch face like this for personal use, but we wouldn't be able to post something like this on our store due to copyright and trademark concerns.
