There is no possibility to change GPS coordinates in saved points in 920XT. (in my old 310XT is possible).
Could be good to have application where will be possible to save some coordinates as a point and navigate to this point (geocache).
I used my 310XT also for geocaching during my running training, 920XT I cannot.
