Interval App for Running on Vivoactive

I am really in need of being able to set run:walk time intervals. I really thought the vivoactivegarmin would do this already but it does not seem to.

I have mine set to alert run/walk with 2:45 / 1:00 at the moment, it isn't a new lap each time, but it does vibrate after the time periods.

As pointed out above, the vivoactive does support run/walk. It is covered in the manual here.

I've been browsing through ConnectIQ and it doesn't seem like distance intervals are supported (i.e. Run 1 mile, rest 2 mins, Run .75 miles, Rest 2 mins, etc). Are any apps in development to support this that you know of?

It would be great to have an intervall app with run and rest periods. Just warm up, Run, Rest, cool down. The current run/walk intervals do not support laps (in the fit file) and do not support intervals by distance :(

My interval app professional can be configured to support what you need. Here the link to the App store
