Can’t connect Polar Verity Sense to Fenix 6 Pro – sensor not found

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to connect my Polar Verity Sense to my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, but the watch can’t find the sensor during the pairing process. I’ve followed all the instructions:

The Verity Sense is fully charged.

It’s in heart rate transmission mode (blue light on, green LEDs flashing).

I’ve tried adding a new heart rate sensor from the watch menu, but it never find it

I’ve also made sure the sensor is not connected to any other device via Bluetooth.

Is there anything I might be missing? Do I need to enable ANT+ manually, or is there another trick to force the watch to detect the sensor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The connection worked so well that I didn’t even realize it had already connected — that’s why I couldn’t find a new device.

So basically, my problem was that everything…

Yes, the sensor must have skin contact.
