Sync Failed after creating course

I have created a course manually. After saving, the app won’t sync with a message “sync failed”.

If I delete the course the app will sync.

Does anyone have this same issue?

The sync you are showing as failing is not the sync between the app and your fenix 7; it is the sync between the app and the Explore website. Please make sure that you have enabled cloud storage. Data Is…

Hi Bluefish!

I'll explain step by step:

Check if the app is sync
Create the course
When saving, the app asks me to save to my device. I say YES.
Check if the app is syncing: Sync Failed
Delete the course. Now the app syncs well

If I repeat the steps without syncing to my device, it is the same story.

I have deleted the app many times already.

Also tried on my iPad and same thing

Hi Garmin-Chris, thanks for your answer, but it doesn’t solve the issue.

The sync fails for both Device and Website. I have the Cloud Storage enabled already. I can create collections and they get sinced.

Just in case, I disabled and enabled back the cloud storage, but it didn’t help.

This feature used to work in the past. I have other courses manually created that got synced. But now I get this error.

I believe this is a problem with the server. But the app doesn’t share the response message. Maybe the endpoint is broken or there is some data inconsistency that makes the server reject my new courses.
