We have resolved the issue with syncing courses in Explore app. Please try syncing again and let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

Hi Garmin-Chris, thanks for your answer, but it doesn’t solve the issue.
The sync fails for both Device and Website. I have the Cloud Storage enabled already. I can create collections and they get sinced.
Just in case, I disabled and enabled back the cloud storage, but it didn’t help.
This feature used to work in the past. I have other courses manually created that got synced. But now I get this error.
I believe this is a problem with the server. But the app doesn’t share the response message. Maybe the endpoint is broken or there is some data inconsistency that makes the server reject my new courses.
Same exact thing just happened to me, sync wouldn't work till I deleted the newly created course.

Hi Chris, the issue with the sync on the iphone app seems to be fixed, thanks. However, I do notice that when I use explore on my pc to look at the course I just created on the iphone explore app, it has switched the last two course points around. Finish becomes second to last and second to last becomes finish. I'm not sure how the course looks on my other garmin devices but I think I have noticed this before so it may have nothing to do with the recently fixed sync issue.
Does this happen with all courses or just particular ones? Does deleting the course and recreating it resolve the issue?
