Hi,
I have an issue on Garmin Connect where a specific user and I suddenly disappeared from each other and cannot reconnect. We were previously friends without any problems.
- We no longer appear in each other’s search
- We cannot send friend requests
- A direct profile link opens but shows no data (no profile picture or connection info)
- From a third account, both profiles are visible and working normally
- Neither of us has the other blocked
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
