Merging Activities

I would like to have the possibility to merge 2 activities.

I cant believe there are tons of requests to merge files from as far back as 10 years ago and garmin just continue to ignore their users. This is even more important now that smart trainers and virtual…

Not in Garmin Connect. There are external tools available. Try https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top

Me as well. Why drop that feature when converting from Motionbased site to GC?

I too would like this feature. I lost the satelite link while in a forrest and now have 2 activities instead of 1.

That's a great one. Sometimes I have pretty compound workouts and need to set them up inidividually. But I wish I could merge them afterwards to become one workout, as they are, in fact.

+1 for combine activities. MB had the option. Sometimes I split activities or my Garmin turns off :mad: so I have to "Start over" again and would like to merge these 2 together for a grand total.

Very frustrating that we still cannot COMBINE ACTIVITIES - on my last ride, I had to download in 3 segments because I kept losing my signal. This was a great feature on Motion Based. C'Mon Garmin Connect Programmers - This should not be a hard thing to fix !

I dearly miss this feature from Motion Based as well. I just completed Ironman St. George. I'm happy that my 310XT has a long enough battery life to record the entire race, but I'm not thrilled that it shows up as 5 separate activities (swim, bike, run, and two transitions).

Garmin, please bring back the functionality that we dearly miss from Motion Based.

I've been wanting this feature for ages. Polar can do it, why can't Garmin? Thanks

What's the latest on this ?

I finally just managed to get my Foretrex to upload activities to GC on my Mac (via virtual machine and serial-USB) - it worked fine on motionbased - only to discover no merge feature. Arghh !!!!

Merging activites

Yep, this would be great.... I've been merging them by hand using the GPX files, but would prefer to do it within Connect itself.
