What are the number of points needed for Levels from challenges/ badges?

Please can Garmin publish a list of how many total points are  needed for each level as well as how many points to the next level.

Also I have heard that there are now 10 levels, can you confirm this?

Has anyone tried to keep track of each time they get a new level and the points to the next level? If so we can workout a few of the numbers.

  • There are 16 points activites

if you run 50 kilometers, you get 8 points plus the 8 points for running a marathon, just in one activity

dame if you bike 100 miles in less than 5 hours, 16 points too

No, you don't. There is one distance badge per activity, so you get only the 50k badge. Same for cycling.

  • You're not entirely right.
Well, you can get 24 points on the trainer:
    - 8 for 100 miles (~161km),
    - 8 for defeating the above. distance less than 5 hours,
    - 8 for over 4 hours on the trainer.
    Total: 24 points.
I have achieved this combination probably 17 times. The limit is of course 250 times.
I'm on my way to level 7 (I'm still 543 points away).

I started my adventure with Garmin at the end of August last year (i.e. August 2022). I only practice cycling and hiking.
No running, exercise, yoga or other sports.

  • If you do all the monthly challenges, you can get to level ten in about twenty years. It'll be a lifelong commitment. I'm at 312 now after just getting the watch in December. I look forward to earning it

  • And 250 weeks of good sleep can earn you 1000 points, so that can knock some time off as well.  I am turning 61, but now really setting my sights on level 8.  Just crossed into level 6 this past month.
