What are the number of points needed for Levels from challenges/ badges?

Very good, congrats. These arbitrary rewards systems are a useful tool to all active people to set and achieve goals. I am just pointing out (as have others) that it's current  structure makes it useless as a motivational benchmark due to the exponential increases in points required to reach these (arbitrary) goals.  It is possible to imagine a scoring and level system where consistent and determined active people are motivated to fight their way to a new level, and yet somehow, those that are elite and exceptional still stand out - without getting your customer base invested in the process and then effectively cutting them off.

I have been into the code. All repeatable points are set at 250 max. It’s not published, but it’s there.

It is published, and clearly visible at every badge with such limitation. You do not have to be a coder to see it. Just click on the badge, and you'll see it. 

Good luck with reaching the limit! For most of them you'll need a really long and very active life.

Not on my Garmin connect it is not. 

You will see it when you got the badge multiple times. 

It was a bit mentioned at beginning of this thread, like after this post #1447860.

The limit is displayed after you earn a repeatable badge 2 times.

If you don't have a badge or earned it only 1 time - the limit is hidden.

Would be nice to see any statistics on % of people in each level among active users of garmin connect. Like "you reached level 6 which means you are in the top 20% of active garmin users" or something like that  

It is just something like 100 points those country specific badges will get you so it will not make much of a difference for the levels higher than 5.
