Help! Corrupted .FIT file

I finished my run this morning and it didn't sync with Connect.

After reading through multiple posts here is what I tried

1) I tried to manually upload to Connect and I got the following error:

<code: 400, content: "The file was a valid type, but contained data we could not process successfully.">

2) http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ keeps throwing an error

3) I tried FIT File Repair Tool but the app keeps crashing and opening but there are no records shown.

4) I downloaded the FITSDK and ran isFIT and CheckIntegrity and they both returned true. I was also able to decode the file successfully.

I did pause once inadvertently during the workout and after going through the forums maybe that is the issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated(please find file attached).

I am new here, so pardon me if anything is wrong with my request.

Thanks a bunch! That worked

I am using Win10 and I have Access 2013 (ProPlus). I did go into trust center and set the path to trusted to get it to work (otherwise Windows Defender quarantined the file as malware.) The .log file showed just 1 line, that of starting the import and nothing else.

Here is another question, I did this run as part of a Garmin Coach workout. Anyway to get this fixed file/run to link to the Garmin Coach workout, which still shows as incomplete?

If you actually got it downloaded and installed, then not sure how much of this problem is due to using the trial version. You can always ask the developer, mathikralli at fit file repair tool - Contact. He's very responsive and supportive.

Thank you for the detailed response and effort. I will jump into a chat with Garmin Support right away and report back here with what they have to say.

I am very curious to find out why this happened

I will go ahead and purchase a license (love supporting tools like these)!

Just curious, was there an issue with the .fit file I shared or like the other user (forerunner-55-not-syncing-activity-to-connect) no issues?

Couldn't see any issues. Fit File Repair tool just took care of it. Perhaps Mr. Assembler Language can answer? I'm just a button pusher.
