Forerunner 55 not Syncing Activity to Connect

I have just been out on a run and can see the activity on my Forerunner 55, but not on Garmin Connect. After doing some research I have managed to get hold of the fit file, and tried to run it through garmin.kiesewetter.nl but with no luck, keep getting an error that it is being used by another process and also run it through fitfiletools.com with no luck. Is there anything else I can do?I really do not want to lose this data as I have recently started a Garmon Coach training plan and this is one of my "long runs" that have done. Unzip, then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page

Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool. Once all has synced, remove the fit files within the …

Thank you so much, it is now showing in Garmin Coach, really appreciate all your help. Any idea what the initial cause was that the activity did not sync with connect?

This will work - 2021-07-12-19-10-32-fixed.zip

Unzip, then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page

Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool. Once all has synced, remove the fit files within the \GARMIN\ACTIVTY folder on the watch.

Ahhh, brilliant, thank you so much. I have one question...I have imported the file and I can see the workout, however it has not updated my Garmin Coach saying I have completed the training run. Is there a way I can link the Activity to Garmin Coach?
