Why am I being asked for cookie preferences EVERY SINGLE SESSION now?

It's REALLY REALLY annoying. Can't you SAVE them?

If you get those stupid TrustArc popups about cookies, I lost my patience quickly, and disabled them with the uBlock Origin adblocker plugin for Edge and for Chrome. I just blocked the entire popup asking if I want to allow cookies, with the uBlock "pick element" tool. Works.
