Trying to map a route over roads I’ve ridden loads and mapped on my garmin 830 before but keep getting this error message. Is there an issue with garmin in the U.K. today?
‘We have limited popularity data for this part of the map’

Not sure if anyone ever called when the issue first started. The US is now on holiday until Saturday. If the issue persists at that time, I'll try to engage support again.
As promised…
The same thing happened last month. I contacted Garmin Support using the chat option. It was fixed by the next day. Create Roundtrip: Oops, something went wrong. Dismiss

Yup, getting the same error.
Seems this might be working now. I was able to create a course using Popularity Routing starting in London. Can someone else check before I close this thread?
Thanks for your help, I tried emailing them
on Saturday still heard nothing back yet.
Have you tried it recently? It's working for me now, as mentioned above.
Just tried editing a Solihull Cycling route (central England) and 'popularity routing' worked fine. Thanks.
PS if Garmin ever reply to the email I sent support at 10:04 GMT on Fri, 27 Nov I will post an update here.
It's working for me again now - thanks for this thread and keeping an eye on it!
just tried it, yes it’s working, thanks again for your help
